Return and Refund Policy

All Book Sales purchased from this website are Final and Non-Refundable
All Merchandise purchased from the BSMI Thrift ReStore Boutique are gently used and second-hand merchandise that is sold as is and we do not offer returns or exchanges. Customer must inspect the conditions of garments and or merchandise before purchasing.
All Items purchased from the BSMI Thrift ReStore Boutique are final. No refunds. No exchanges.
To ensure we're providing a healthy and safe environment for both our team members and shoppers dressing rooms are not available. Therefore, for the safety for all, we do not allow clothing items to be tried on.
Items from the clothing and furnishing depart are all sold as is, "i.e." (soiled, chipped, cracked, missing pieces, rips, tears, pulls etc.), clients/customers are responsible to check the condition of merchandise.
